To our valued partners:
After careful review, Loblaw has made the decision to wind down operations for our third-party, online Marketplace platform. We appreciate your understanding and will work with you to support our mutual customers as we transition over the next few weeks. Please note the following key dates:
Wednesday, June 14: the Marketplace website will be decommissioned, and we will stop accepting orders
Monday, July 31: the last day for any Marketplace RETURNS by customers (you will continue to have access to process refunds until August 31st)
A representative from the Marketplace team will be available to support this transition over the coming weeks.

I have the authority to sign on behalf of, and bind the seller of record for the products to be governed by this Agreement, and certify the following:

  • I will assign someone at my company to be responsible for privacy (e.g. Executive, Privacy Officer, IT admin, etc.)
  • My employees & contractors are made aware of the importance of customers' privacy (e.g. training, procedures, or other communications)
  • My employees & contractors required to keep customer PI confidential (e.g. sign employment agreement, etc.)
  • My company assess risks of its third parties (e.g. interviews, background checks, review agreements, etc.)
  • My company has a process that addresses privacy breaches (e.g. customer PI is stolen, etc.)
  • My company agrees to use Loblaw's customer PI only for Loblaw's Marketplace (e.g. to fulfill orders, returns, etc.)
  • If my company has a breach of Loblaw customer PI, I agree to immediately report the breach to Loblaw
  • If my company receives a privacy question or complaint from a Loblaw customer, I agree to immediately notify Loblaw
  • If Loblaw asks, I agree to delete Loblaw customer PI from all sources (e.g. third-party systems, cloud storage, personal devices, etc.)
  • My organization tracks and approves your users' access to systems that contain PI
  • My systems have security safeguards to protect customer PI (e.g. username & complex passwords, antivirus, etc.)
